• PrepareOffice Notices when necessary

• Provideassistance for technical issues related to Customer Service phones

• Usetelephones to reach out to customers, to verify account information, understandcustomer’s needs and promote our services.

• Able todemonstrate high level of attention to detail and look for process solutions

• Abilityto adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities 1 s% I9 G) V! M, s0 J
